Seligman, Arizona and surrounding areas rest between 5,000 to 6,000 feet in elevation. Set right between the desert of Kingman and the mountains of Flagstaff we enjoy a comfortable and sunny four season climate.
The town of Seligman is small but we have a lively atmosphere year-round due to the constant flow of travelers from all over the world. We often have a crowd of tour buses stopping by on their way to the Grand Canyon, and groups of motorcyclists and classic car clubs parading through town to stop for lunch while traveling Route 66.
Our rural surrounding areas are a favorite for people looking to get away from it all. Many residents of cities like Phoenix and Las Vegas own recreation property in the Seligman area. Some build cabins, some camp on the weekends, and some love it so much they end up moving out here! We have a lot of beautiful and varied rural areas to explore from plains to mountainous areas filled with pinion pines and junipers.
